Our story

Built from real-world experience

icortica's founder and CEO, Rob Nazzal, is a software engineer by training and a serial entrepreneur. Before icortica, he co-founded a distributor of equipment and supplies that grew to more than 1,500 customers and 40% market penetration in just over four years. The company was known for its excellent customer service.

A self-described data nerd, Rob ran that business on data, but all the reports and dashboards could overwhelm his team. He wanted a simpler way for people to use customer data to guide timely sales, marketing and service. That is why he built icortica to drive the actions that matter, lead to more revenue and save time.
