icortica is a US-based software company located near Boston, Massachusetts.

icortia was founded by our CEO, Rob Nazzal, a software engineer by training and serial entrepreneur whose success has been based on developing a deep understanding of customers needs and delivering a high level of service. The idea for icortica was born from his experience as CEO of a company that he also co-founded, which distributed equipment and supplies and grew rapidly to over 1500 customers, or 30% market penetration, in just over 4 years.

Rob dreamt about having a solution that helped his team better harness their customer data to drive timely and effective sales, marketing and customer service activity. Rob is a self-proclaimed “data nerd” who ran a very data driven business and sometimes buried his teams in reports and/or dashboards. The company was revered in their industry as provided the highest levels of customer service. Despite their success, he knew there was a better way. And that is why he built icortica.
