User Data Deletion
icortica respects your privacy and provides a way for users to request deletion of data associated with their account.
To request deletion of your data from icortica, email us at support@icortica.com with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your name
- Your company name
- The email address associated with your icortica account
- Any connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account relevant to the request
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and delete applicable personal data associated with your account or connected Meta integration, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
You may also remove icortica's access to your Meta assets directly from your Facebook or Instagram account settings by removing icortica from your connected apps or business integrations.
